i recently stayed a couple of nights here, and it really exceeded my expectations. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. the location made it easy for us to explore nearby attractions like universal studios.

I stayed here for two nights with my family. The room was surprisingly spacious and clean, perfect for accommodating everyone comfortably. The staff greeted us warmly and provided early check-in, which was a nice touch after a long day of traveling. The location is superb, just a short cab ride to Universal Studios and with many restaurants nearby. However, there were some downsides. The area felt a bit sketchy at night with some homeless encampments near the parking lot. The room had a few maintenance issues. there was a broken window taped together, and the bathroom could use a thorough cleaning as there were some unpleasant odors. Also, it would have been nice to have a microwave and a coffee maker in the room. Despite these concerns, the comfortable beds and friendly service made our stay enjoyable.

After a long day of exploring, relaxing in the hot tub was just what I needed, and I loved the spacious room where I could unwind. Facilities like the gym and pool made my stay even better. The only downside was the strange smell lingering in the hallway, but it didn’t ruin my fun! 🌟

Plus, the crew at the front desk was super friendly and always ready to help us with any questions. Shoutout to the cozy atmosphere in the room. it felt like home!

The family suite with three beds provided ample space for our stay. However, the overall condition of the hotel felt outdated, reminiscent of the 80s, with worn furniture and an unpleasant odor lingering in the room. The bathroom appeared to have been recently remodeled, but the wooden floors made it feel less inviting. Despite friendly service, the inconsistencies in room maintenance and cleanliness were disappointing.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, which made our stay enjoyable and was conveniently located just minutes from Universal Studios, with a great jacuzzi that we loved using after a long day out.

Outdated TVs limited viewing options to just one channel, and the lack of power outlets near the bed made charging devices a hassle. Additionally, the absence of 'Do Not Disturb' signs for the door was frustrating. A few spots around the room had layers of dust, particularly around the refrigerator, so it’s wise to bring a power strip along.

We had a lovely stay! The spacious room helped accommodate my kids perfectly. The highlight was enjoying snacks in the cozy common area while the staff made sure we were comfortable. Pro tip, ask for directions to nearby attractions for a smoother experience!
